Each model carries a lifecycle phase, advanced by observed telemetry, and a readiness evaluation. Readiness lists every unmet requirement with observed and required counts, and the path to completing it; a model cannot take traffic until its readiness is verified. Evaluation metrics accompany models where available, with the dashboard’s standing rule applied throughout: numbers without enough data behind them are annotated as not yet meaningful rather than shown bare.
